About Jill
I am a Mental Wellbeing Practitioner and a Brand Partner with the Mental Wellbeing Company. I help women and parents heal old wounds, regulate their nervous systems, and create healthier patterns in relationships. I also hold a certification as a Narcissistic Abuse Specialist and am trained in Attachment Focused Bi-Lateral Stimulation. My approach blends science, compassion, and lived experience to support authentic healing.
As a mom of 6 kids, I know first-hand how difficult parenting is; especially parenting from a state of dysregulation (I parented from a state of functional freeze for nearly a decade). It wasn't until I learned how to regulate my own nervous system, that I was able to step into being the mom that I always knew I could be.
What I discovered on my own healing path has helped me meet my kids from a place of calm and connection, guiding them to regulate their emotions and bring more peace into our home.
My mission is to help parents break cycles of stress and pain by offering education and regulation tools that nurture healing across generations. When you heal yourself, you heal your children and your children's children and their children and their children...creating a ripple effect that can truly change the world!
